Orders can be cancelled at no charge before shipment. After shipment, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products must be returned unopened and in original condition.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped at no charge. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@trueaminos.net with your name and order details. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to return an order after it has shipped, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund. Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, including replacement or refund at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order (Zelle or Venmo) within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.
